Starting June 24, you will be able to take an awesome hybrid cycle class at Results Capitol Hill 5:30-7 a.m. and 9:30-11 a.m.  Wednesdays – it combines high-intensity drills (tabata-style intervals) on the bike + upper body resistance work (using dumbbells) + yoga to work on core, balance and flexibility. We are calling it Rev-Yoga+. Not to be missed!  See you there. g
