DEC FIT TIP #27: BEST FITNESS ROUTINE? One that you’ll do consistently! Personally, am a big fan of mixing it up – my weeks usually include running, cycling, yoga, resistance training, walking, tennis and * of course * DANCE PARTY in my kitchen with 9-year old roomie 

 DEC FIT TIP #28: MODERATION. This one is hard as hell, but when it comes to setting goals for the new year, moderation is key. Eat a little less, exercise a bit more, sleep a wee better, connect a touch deeper, laugh a tad harder
