NEW ONLINE SCHEDULE

Hi Friends – Starting Feb 1, we’re adding a cycling class to the online schedule: 9:30-10:15 a.m. Monday. That means yoga meditation moves to 10:15-11 a.m. Monday. This gives us 16 online classes per week! You’re welcome <3
