Monday: (no early morning classes) 9:30 a.m. cycle; 10:15 a.m. yoga-meditation
Tuesday: (normal) 6:15 a.m. boot camp; 12:15 p.m. yoga-meditation
Wednesday: (no early morning classes) 9:30 a.m.; 10:15 a.m. power yoga
Thursday: (normal) 6:15 a.m. boot camp; 12:15 p.m. yoga-meditation
Friday: Back to normal!!!
